Um ouriço diferente!

Com feltro castanho e bege fiz uma castanha que recheei com enchimento. 

Com feltro verde fiz o ouriço que reveste a castanha. 

No final foi só espetar alfinetes para fazer os picos do ouriço!

Chestnut  burr!
I made a chestnut using brown and beige felt, then I filled it with a sponge filling.
With green felt I made the chestnut burr. 
After completing the pincushion I stuck a pin here and there to represent the burr spines.

Ouriço ao contrário...em vez de picar foi picado!

Com a chegada do Outono lembrei-me de fazer uma alfineteira em forma de ouriço-cacheiro. 

Para isso utilizei linha e feltro castanho e bege, dentro coloquei enchimento e rematei com um olhinho e uma bochecha cor de rosa.

Depois de pronta foi só espetar um alfinete aqui e outro ali.

Inverted Hedgehog… instead of hurting it was hurt!

Fall has come and I decided to made an hedgehog shaped pincushion.

I used brown and beige thread and felt, inside I placed some filling and finished with a small eye and a pink cheek.

After completing the pincushion I stuck a pin here and there.

Cestinha para ir às Vindimas!

Com lã bege fiz uma parreira para enfeitar mais uma seirinha. 

Com algodão verde e roxo fiz vários cachos de uva para colocar na videira.

Small basket to the vintage!

With beige wool I made a vine to decorate another French market basket.

With green and purple cotton I made several bunch of grapes and placed them in the vine.

Cestinha Salada de Fruta!

Com linha verde fiz uma barra em crochet para debruar a seirinha. Com linha de várias cores fiz vários frutos em crochet que utilizei para a adornar.

Fruit Salad Small Basket!

To overcast this small basket I made a crochet edging with green yarn. Using yarn of different colors I made several crochet fruits to complete this project. 

Cestinha Matrioska

Virei o lenço e tornei a seirinha anterior diferente. 

Como é um lenço russo resolvi colocar um porta-chaves em forma de matrioska para complementar a cesta. 

Matrioska Small Basket

I transformed the previous basket folding the scarf.

As this is a traditional russian scarf I decided to place a matrioska shaped door key to finish the basket.

Com um lenço tradicional e uma flor artificial decorei esta seirinha.

With a traditional scarf and an artificial flower I decorated this basket.

Cestinha para ir ao campo!

Fiz uma seirinha igual à anterior mas coloquei-lhe um adereço diferente - flores de pinha que apanhei na floresta! No centro das flores/pinhas coloquei cola glitter dourada. 

Countryside Small Basket 

I made a small basket similar to the previous one, though I finished it differently. I used cedar cones that I collected from the forest! I used glitter glue in the cedar cones center.

Cestinha para ir à quinta!

Desta vez resolvi decorar uma seirinha de verga com penas em tons de castanho, que rematei com uma tira de camurça. Na asa coloquei um porta-chaves em forma de estribo. 

Small Basket for a trip to the farm 
This time I decided to decorate a French Market Basket with Brown feathers. I topped it with a suede strip. At the handle I placed a stirrup shaped door key.

Seirinha para a Praia!

Enfeitei uma seirinha com tecido estampado com flores e rematei com uma fita de pompons cor de rosa. No final coloquei um apontamento floral. 

Small Basket to the Beach!

I adorned a small basket with flower printed fabric. I finished it with a pink pompom ribbon. At last I placed a flowered detail.

Joaninhas na Seirinha!

Com farrapo verde fiz a franja e o rebordo inferior da seirinha. 

Com feltro branco e amarelo fiz as flores e no fim colei as joaninhas. 

Ladybugs in the small basket!

With green rag I made this basket’s edge and bottom.

I used white and yellow felt to make the flowers. To finish I glued some little ladybugs.
